Jisc cloud expertise can now be purchased in advance so that you don’t need to worry about available funds when you come to run your planned projects. This means that you can reserve our services for a future time if you cannot be sure exactly when you will need them. We call this a retained expertise service.
Retained cloud expertise is a buy now, use later approach to access Jisc’s cloud consultancy services, professional services, and engineering resources. When you require the extra help with your projects, you simply notify us that you wish to ‘call off’ your pre-purchased Jisc expertise. This offer, once taken must be used within 12 months.
